Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
Subscriptions
- Three Order Minimum: Subscriptions cannot be canceled before completing three orders, in accordance with the terms agreed upon at checkout.
- Reimbursement of Discounts: If you wish to cancel before completing three orders, any discounts received must be reimbursed. Alternatively, the remaining orders will be charged and fulfilled as scheduled.
After the three-order minimum is met, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription directly.
Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items
If a product included in your active subscription becomes unavailable or is discontinued, the following applies:
- The unavailable item will be removed from your subscription order and you will not be charged for it. If a payment was already collected for that item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Where an equivalent product is available — meaning a product of the same specifications (gauge, size, capacity, and type) from another brand we carry — we reserve the right to substitute it without prior approval. You will be notified of any substitution before or at the time of shipment. If you are not satisfied with the substituted product, you may return it for a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- If no equivalent substitute is available and the out-of-stock item was the only product in your subscription, your subscription will be canceled automatically and any applicable refund will be processed promptly.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and fulfill and charge the remaining balance at a future date.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not available, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
