Order Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped the same business day if placed before the end of our business hours. Orders placed after business hours, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time at checkout using the carrier’s API, based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. These rates and estimates are provided directly by the carrier, not set by us.

Please note that delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are calculated as:

  • Standard Free Shipping: Processing time + 2–4 business days

  • 2-Day Shipping: Processing time + 2 business days

  • Next Day Shipping: Processing time + 1 business day

Processing time is added to all shipping methods.

If, at the time of label creation, a faster or more efficient shipping option is available through the carrier at no additional cost, we may choose to upgrade the shipment to improve customer satisfaction.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using a variety of carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
The carrier used for your order depends on the destination, package weight, and selected service level.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
